To Create A Sheffield/London Headquarters.
93 guided Jaywing, an award winning marketing agency on a journey lasting 18 months - taking a derelict factory site from the 18th century to bring it bang up to date as a home for a team of 100+ creative specialists as a cutting edge headquarters shared between offices in Leeds and London and as a permanent home for the core team in Sheffield.
A collection of 25 rooms plus a main atrium working as an open office space was formed from the intricately connected original buildings meaning the former Albert Works forgery and factory buildings underwent a serious regeneration guaranteeing the preservation of a collection of Sheffield’s important historic buildings.
93 were tasked with creating a World class interior that was:
Multi-dimensional over 25 rooms and an open office atrium.
Multi-functional and social
Impressive to deliver kudos
Inspirational to employees and visitors
Innovative, allowing for a maximised spatial layout
Sensitive and reflective of the many years of heritage and history, balanced with Jaywing’s
forward thinking ethos.
