Riverside Place is a select development of thirteen Georgian inspired homes located off King Street in the centre of Knutsford, Cheshire.

Four different styles of homes were offered providing three, four or five bedroom accommodation over two or three floors. Each design was complementary to each other and to the vernacular architecture.

Secure underground parking was provided with the scheme creating a car-free communal space in the heart of the development, which also served as an attractive new pedestrian gateway between the main shopping area of King Street with The Moor, a park with duck pond and children’s playground.
