Curve are an established, specialist residential interior design practice based in central Manchester.

Largely working with aspirational private clients, we provide a complete service, taking time to build relationships and getting to know the individual through the process of creating their home. Our work involves all aspects - from initial design concepts, through the build stage to complete design, procurement, management and install.

Another important area of Curve's business is involvement with property developers and architects to provide a consultation service on residential new builds, show homes or turn key solutions.

The studio is a hive of creativity and the team love to source from a huge range of suppliers, from close to home and around the world. We enjoy working with local makers and product designers as well as importing furniture from all over Europe and indeed worldwide - to ensure we specify exactly the right solution and make every project unique.

Curve are committed to developing our whole team and keeping our passion for design fresh amongst the daily challenge of project work. This year we took two of our younger designers to Milan to experience for themselves the massive inspiration of the city and the Salone del Mobile. As part of our continuing professional development we are also active members of the BIID.

Curve are influenced by all disciplines of design and there have been many opportunities throughout the year to attend events such as London Design Festival, Clerkenwell, House Festival, the Northern Contemporary Craft Fair and DesignMCR.

During 2014 we have set up a programme offering work placements to students from local universities which has proved a huge success, both to the students and to us! It has offered us a valuable insight into the interior design industry from those just starting out which has inspired all of us.
