The main house was designed in the 'Arts & Crafts' style with elevations featuring cut Portland stone and render. Internally, it has been finished with the finest materials from around the globe and combines numerous period elements with more contemporary finishes.

The latest energy saving and environmentally friendly installations have been woven into the fabric of the building, including underfloor heating, a solar hot water system, heat recovery ventilation and digital lighting.

The most innovative element of the development is the 3,000 square feet leisure suite. Linked by an underground walkway from the main house, this state of the art leisure suite is unquestionably the most stylish that we have designed and delivered to date. With a 7 metre ceiling height and full height glazing on three sides, the building offers a leisure experience in the most unique of environments. The entire building is heated exclusively using IQ glazing, which is more energy efficient than conventional heating methods and offers a unique radiant heat, whilst avoiding any issues of condensation. The building also features a guest apartment and superb outdoor leisure spaces.
